This year we hope to make the Randolph County Old Settlers Reunion and Fall Fair bigger and better than it has been in a number of years as we gear up for the 200th anniversary of the settlement of Randolph County in 2018. We have as of the end of April already lined out a number of activites. The theme is "Turning the Pages of Time" as we celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Little Dixie Library Branch in Huntsville.
The Randolph County Old Settlers Parade will wind its way through downtown Huntsville. It is always a highlight of the weekend.
Mud bogs return to the Old Fairgrounds. We expect up to 30 trucks to compete for the grand prize in the Mud Bog.
Enjoy a 5K run or walk through scenic Huntsville, Missouri on the Randolph Co. Old Settlers 5K Run/Walk.
Young ladies will compete for a chance to be Miss Randolph County Old Settlers.
The Huntsville History Hayride will be a tour of historic sites in Huntsville. With each stop a bit of information will be given about the site.
Once again we will host our annual car show downtown.
On the last night of the festival we will have one of the biggest fireworks displays in Randolph County.
And Much More
These are only a few of the activities we have planned. If you want to organize an activity of your own please email email@example.com.
